(Extra) Chocolate/coco cake

For chocolate lovers this cake is made for you! With a subtle taste of banana, its super soft texture will only satisfy you.


  • 200g of dark chocolate

  • 125g of melted margarine

  • 125g of blond sugar

  • 150g of multi-grain flour

  • 2 bananas mixed or mashed

  • 11g of baking powder

  • 40g grated coconut

  • 2 tablespoon of applesauce


- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. - In a large bowl, start by mixing together the flour, sugar and baking powder. - Then add the margarine, melted beforehand, the bananas (preferably ripe) crushed or mixed, mix everything. - Then melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the mixture with the apple sauce and grated coconut. - Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste. - Put some margarine in your cake mold and place your dough in it. - Bake at 175 ° C for about 35min, watch after 30min with a knife stuck in it, it should come out dry.

Let your cake cool before unmolding it and enjoying.
