Mango Smoothie

A little holiday air around here, but actually not haha ​​(at least not for me). The good side of things is that this week the sun is finally coming back! So why not make yourself small smoothies, very fresh, creamy and full of good things in it.



The recipe is of course very easy, quick to make, you need a good blender so that all the foods are well mixed for a homogeneous result. The smoothie is of course gluten free. I did not put any particular measure for the quantity of vegetable milk, because depending on your taste, you can have a creamy texture (ice cream) by adding only two tablespoons or a fairly liquid smoothie with a lot more milk .



The ingredients:



  • 1 banana

  • 160g of frozen mango

  • 2 tbsp of almond butter

  • 2 tbsp of soya yogurt

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 2 tsp of chocolate powder

  • 2 ice cubes

  • Oat milk

  • Vanilla powder (optional)





- Put all the ingredients in your blender, mix until smooth. - Pour into a glass or bowl (depending on the texture you have chosen to obtain). - Sprinkle with vanilla powder and enjoy!
