Banana smoothie


Good smoothie for the morning or for tea time and especially when there are fruits that are starting to get tired. Simple, quick and efficient, sprinkled with chocolate shavings and you're done!




  • 3 bananas 1 apple 3 tbsp of blueberry soy yogurt 2 tbsp of almond puree 5 tsp of coconut rice milk







- Put everything in a blender, add more milk, according to the texture you want and bon appétit !
