Zucchini cream cake

This new recipe is therefore a savory cake with zucchini cream and dried tomatoes, smoked sausages and pumpkin seeds (so good things!) Easy to do, you still need a blender to make the cream.


 

  • 300g of flour T65

  • 50g of tapioca starch

  • 11g of baking powder

  • 1(big) zucchini

  • 1 soya yogurt ( 250g)

  • 100g of firm tofu

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 tsp of pepper

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 2 tsp of olive oil

  • 50g dried tomatoes

  • 2 smoked sausages (Taifun brand)

  • 50g of pumpkin seeds

  • 150ml of vegetal milk (here soya milk)


 

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. - Mix the flour, starch and baking powder in a bowl, make a well. - Peel and cut the zucchini into pieces, put it in a mixing bowl with the yogurt, tofu, salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. - Put the mixture in the well and mix with a whisk, gradually add the soya milk. - Add the tomatoes, the sausages cut into pieces and the seeds of squash, mix everything with a wooden spoon. - Put margarine a cake mold and place your dough in it. - Bake 35 to 40min (depending on the oven) at 180 ° c; it may take longer to cook, then raise the oven to 200 ° c and leave for 10 to 15 minutes more. - Unmould once the cake has cooled and enjoy your meal!
